After a thorough education at a world-leading academic institution (ETH Zurich, Master and PhD), I started my professional career in the dental industry in 1994:

I gained my first experience in clinical research and in the management of external partners

Further completion of my education through the successful completion of an Executive MBA program (HSG St. Gallen)

Use of newly acquired management skills to lead an internal team to implement a company-wide ERP system

Returned to academia and led a research group in a larger dental R&D unit

Move to a public dental company as VP - Head of Research

Finally founding two of his own companies

My story
Since 1994, I have been offered over 1000 product ideas in my role as a representative of major medical device companies. In doing so, I saw how you can arouse the interest of companies and, as an inventor, can receive appropriate compensation for it. Unfortunately, I also had to see how not to do it and how to undersell yourself.
I have now switched sides with Appert Consulting and would like to help you, the inventor, to get the award you deserve.
